Corporate structure

The REIS ROBOTICS group with international activities was restructured in the Reis Group Holding GmbH & Co KG as of 01-Apr-10. In future, the Holding as parent company will combine under one roof the total of 17 companies of the REIS ROBOTICS group that will continue working on their own and in own responsibility.

The management of the Reis Group Holding GmbH & Co KG is consisting of the gentlemen Dr. Michael Wenzel and the personally liable partner Dr. Eberhard Kroth. Task of the personally liable partner is to ensure the necessary entrepreneurial dynamics in the new Reis Group Holding GmbH & Co. KG. Both managers have been acting in the operational business in companies of the group for decades. For the technical issues such as development, engineering, production and system integration Dr. Kroth is responsible. For the complete commercial area, sales and marketing in the group Dr. Wenzel takes the responsibility. Business management of the Reis Group Holding focuses on combining the existing know-how of the single companies of the group, on further developing it, and thus continuing the continuous growth of the past decades in the group.

Furthermore, a advisory board was installed above the Reis Group Holding GmbH & Co KG. The advisory board is composed of members of the owner family and the entrepreneurs and managers Alexander Wiegand / Klingenberg, Albert Franz / Obernburg, and Rudolf Leis / Miltenberg. Walter Reis, chairman of the advisory board founded new, due to the high competence and strategic experience of this committee sees good qualifications for a positive organization, strategic adjustment and thus for securing the future of the family-owned company.

With this structural change the foundation was laid for the positive further development across the generations in the family-owned company Reis founded as a one-man-company in Obernburg in 1957.
